Returns 

Cut fabric is not returnable. If the order you received is an error on our part, we will correct the error or refund your purchase.

All other merchandise is returnable within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in it's original case or packaging, and not be used or washed. When we receive the product, you will be refunded the amount of your order, minus return shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We are excited to get your items to you as soon as possible so you can start creating.

When an order is placed, if the item is in stock, we will have your order packaged and ready to go within 2 (two) business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number so you can know when to expect your package.
