Mary Ellen Esh from New Holland, Pennsylvania, is the wife of Lloyd Esh (owner of Dutchland Quilt Patch) and a busy homeschooling mother of seven. She and her family are currently living in Chiang Mai, Thailand, serving in missions with Global Tribes Outreach. After many requests from friends to share her delicious recipes, Mary Ellen decided to put together this book as a fundraiser to support their ministry in Asia.
